Event Terms & Waiver — ZERO CHILL at QNCC

By purchasing or using this ticket and entering the premises at 100 Hinsdale Street for the event ZERO CHILL (“ZC”), held at a third-party venue operated by the Queer Nightlife Community Center (“QNCC”), Inc. you acknowledge and agree to the following:

· Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in nightlife events, including but not limited to dancing, crowding, loud sound exposure, strobe lighting, and potential physical or emotional injury that may result.

· Personal Responsibility: You understand that nightlife environments may involve heightened sensory stimulation, physical exertion, and close contact with others, and you accept responsibility for your own safety and well-being at all times.

· Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless ZC, QNCC (as venue operator), and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability for personal injury, illness (including COVID-19 or other communicable disease), property damage, loss, or death that may occur before, during, or after the event, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

· Respect & Conduct: QNCC is a queer-affirming community space dedicated to safety, care, and collective joy. Neither ZC nor QNCC tolerate transphobia, homophobia, racism, sexism, ableism, body shaming, or any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence. Entry and participation are conditioned on respectful behavior toward others, and ZC reserves the right to remove anyone whose conduct threatens the safety or dignity of the space.

· Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry.
