It's Time To Prepare For Your Trip!
Your upcoming trip is quickly approaching, and we want to make sure you're prepared to fly.
As a friendly reminder, we recommend completing the following checklist of pre-boarding action items now, if you have not already done so.
1. Review Regional Travel Requirements
Your connection and/or final destination may have specific travel mandates that could affect your trip. You must be 21+ years of age and vaccinated to board. For your safety—and ours—dangerous substances such as GHB/GBL are forbidden onboard. Photography and video are also forbidden.
Harassment of any kind (unwanted contact, verbal or physical abuse, racism, homophobia, transphobia, body-shaming, misogyny, etc.) will NOT be tolerated and will lead to immediate discharge from the flight; this includes any sort of harassment or aggression on board or while waiting to board any of our majestic fleet of aircraft. Also, please keep your hands and feet inside the aircraft at all times.
2. Let Us Know How Your Trip Is Going
Be sure to keep us informed of your trip. If you see someone who isn't feeling well, immediately alert our staff and we will swiftly handle situations to the best of our ability. Please don't leave your fellow travelers without help!

4. Something To Keep In Mind:
We reserve the right to void your tickets and reject your boarding at any point for any reason.
We will of course refund your ticket price should this transpire.
